CustomPrintz (ABN 22 382 712 510) operates customprintz.shop, providing custom printing services from Sydney, Australia.

2. Custom Products

All products are custom-made to your specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You own or have rights to use any images, logos, or designs you upload
  • Your design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
  • Your design does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required at checkout before production begins. We accept major credit cards via Stripe.

4. Production & Delivery

Production typically begins within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times vary based on shipping method selected. We ship Australia-wide.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom Products: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless:

  • The item is faulty or damaged on arrival
  • The item significantly differs from your approved design
  • We made an error in production

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@customprintz.shop with photos of the issue.

6. Shipping

We ship via Australia Post and other carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
